Detailed Product Description

MT-240-TD is a 6 track 4 side seal pouch packing machine, fitted with liquid filler system for filling of maximum 10ml liquid.

Special unwinding motor unwinds the laminate from the laminate roll, a dancing roller keeps the tension of the laminate constant throughout the operation and also switches ON & OFF the unwinding motor.

After unwinding laminate travels through tracking roller assembly, this assembly has a single knob online tracking facility by which one can adjust the film position without disturbing the Photo Mark Sensor.  This assembly has additional facility to adjust the photo mark sensor (cutting position) without using any tool.

The vertical sealers will seal the sides of each track. Machine is fitted with continuous heat sealing system for laminates. Further the laminate passes through a Slitter assembly where it is silted and the individual tracks of the pouch lane are obtained.

After the vertical sealing of all tracks have taken place the liquid filler will displace the measured quantity liquid in the pouches.  The filler will 6 track piston type volumetric filler.

Length of pouch is achieved with help of table draw assembly, which grips and pulls the required length of laminate.  The photo registration device operates the horizontal sealing jaws to achieve the Mark registration (Print registration). Machine is provided with programmable perforation cutter system along with individual cutting system to obtain the desired nos. of pouches in a chain from 0-99.

Machine is micro processor based programmable logic controlled.  Machine is pneumatically actuated (Festo Pneumatics), and has photo registration device for centralizing printed matter.  Electrical are of reputed make (mostly Siemens) with Finolex wiring.
