Each machine shall have its own pumping unit to connect the machine with the main/buffer tank of the product. The volume to be filled is measured by the measuring system. The measuring system is the positive volumetric displacement devices, consisting of multi pistons. The flow of liquid is measured and converted into electronic pulses by digital encoders and necessary micro controller based electronics.

This re-setting devices shall be provided for each nozzle with facility to set fast flow cut-off and final flow cut-off with the interval between the two to be decided on the basis of filling speed and volume to be filled. A setting device shall be provided with each nozzle to pre-set variable volumes with increment of 10ml upto 20 litres.

The containers to be placed manually below the filling head and presses foot switch or hand switch to give START signal. The filling cycle will start and the nozzle shut-off   takes place as soon as the set volume is dispensed. The container is to be removed manually from the platform and replaced with new container to start fresh cycle.
