Detailed Product Description

The machine is suitable for tightening of pre threaded plastic caps with the set torque. A self releasing clutch mechanism shall be provided to tighten the caps to pre-set torque. The caps are to be placed manually on the container mouth. The container is to be located under the capping head by the operator in the reference locators provided. On pressing the foot switch, the head comes down automatically by the actuation of the pneumatic cylinder. After tightening the cap to the set torque head will move up and wait for the next sequence of operations.
